Over the years we have realised that each type of production has particular needs to satisfy: "You either plan a made to measure prototype to guarantee new production and quality standards or you request a machine that is such a niche product that no supplier is able to meet your needs". This is the belief that gave birth to DBD Technology Service.
Inside DBD Technology there is a development area that studies customised product solutions for forming machines and orbital machines and turn-key production prototypes.
The technical department has CAD work stations for structural design and is on hand for the client to ensure that the machine supplied is the correct size, that safety standards are respected and that the best work cycles and equipment is designed to make the line as productive as possible. DBD Technology Service also offers final inspection tests, guarantees and maintenance.
